About product

 

"BUKIT" products are made from the idea of ​​a housewife who wants children to eat safe food.

We would be so happy if you could enjoy the products that we made with love and effort, at your dining table, at home.

​All the raw materials such as pork and chicken are made from fresh material from Bali such as seasoning etc. We use as much as possible from Bali, like using sea salt, palm sugar, etc. (Only local spices).

The sausage does not contain sodium nitrite, preservatives, or coloring agents that are often found in normal sausages.

As soon as it is completed, it is individually packed in a vacuum pack and quickly frozen.

We have set a expiring date for each frozen product for 3 to 5 months from the date of manufacture, and we strictly enforce that we will not sell any products that have passed the expiration date.

The pork supplier is coming from reliable place,

We are able to safely purchase meat of stable quality.

The suppliers are being fed without using chemicals in the food and without injections to promote growth.

We source low-fat pigs from a supplier who raises pigs in a clean place.

About food education

We manufacture products with the idea that " eating is living".

We carry out a sausage making experience with the hope that children and adults can enjoy the basic activities that last a lifetime through this experience.

By making sausages, we think that we will be grateful to learn about the production process of food, to understand the importance of meals from the fun of eating together, and to practice healthy eating habits.

Local activities

Our company is a home to children who have graduated from an orphanage in the neighborhood and young staff are from Sumba and Flores.

Through employment support and food support, we have deepened our cultural understanding and learned that Indonesian food education is very necessary. We work hard while making trial and error every day to grow together.

Recently, we also donated sausages to "Bali Cheerleaders", a food support group in Bali that was established to help those who have difficulty in procuring food due to the new epidemic of pneumonia.
